CHANGE OF NAME – NORAUTRON

EMG Technology announces today that it will collect all of its EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) subsidiaries under one common brand: Norautron

The various EMS activities within the EMG Technology Group today consists of Norautron AS (Norway), Elektronik Partner AB (Sweden), Vestfold Engineering AS (Norway) and Norautron Suzhou Co Ltd. (China). The Group has over the past years made significant investments in positioning itself as an international actor. The ambition has been to establish a future oriented portfolio of services and solutions based on modern production technologies as well as flexible logistics.
 

In accordance with its strategy for further growth and globalization, the Group now wishes to gather all of its EMS activities under the brand of Norautron.

EMS companies in the Group not already carrying the name Norautron will as of 1st of October 2008 change name:

Elektronik Partner AB changes to Norautron AB www.norautron.se

Vestfold Engineering AS changes to Norautron Solutions AS www.nasolutions.no

EMG Technology AS is a technology enterprise. The company is at large founded on its portfolio of EMS activities. The business concept will build on continuous sustainable growth through long term focus on its existing EMS activity as well as development of, and acquisitions of companies in the value chain. The desire to pursue vertical integration will be fundamental to create a robust enterprise based on modern technology utilized in present and future solutions and markets. The Group revenues in 2008 are in the range of US$ 150 Million with great possibilities for further continued growth. The Group consists today of Norautron AS (Norway), Norautron Suzhou Co Ltd (China), Norautron AB (Sweden), Norautron Solutions AS (Norway), Censitel AS and Borg24 AS (both Norway).
