Norautron Group AS and its wholly owned daughter company, Norautron AS, have established Norautron Suzhou Co Ltd, China.

Norautron Suzhou will be a supplement to Norautron AS and will offer a global, low cost production alternative in the field of contract electronics manufacturing of complex products.

Trial production on the new Universal SMD line started May 13 and the plan calls for a gradual step up of production during fall 2006.

Skagerak Energi AS and 
Norautron Group AS cooperate in the development, manufactoring and
marketing of the Censitel energy panel.
